I have been trying to find a good massage in Dallas for 3 years but with no luck. My massage at Oriental Spa was exceptional and I will be back. It is a long time since I came out of a massage rejuvenated. Looking forward to it already.

I visited this place today and want to start by saying that the quality of the massage itself was genuinely very good. The therapist did a great job, and you can tell there is real skill behind the work. Everyone I interacted with was also kind and welcoming, which I appreciated.

That said, there are a few important areas that need improvement to match the level of service being provided.

First, the overall environment did not feel relaxing. The space had a noticeable humid smell, and there was no aromatherapy or calming scent, which is something I personally expect when going in for a massage.

More importantly, the sense of privacy and comfort was lacking. In the middle of my massage, while I was only in underwear, someone unexpectedly entered the room. Additionally, my therapist left for an extended period of time, and a different person came in without any explanation. This was very confusing and uncomfortable. When you go in for a massage, you expect to feel safe, relaxed, and able to fully disconnect, not alert or unsure of what’s going to happen next.

I want to emphasize that this review is not meant to criticize the quality of the massage itself, because that part was truly good and despite all I did feel way better after the massage. However, the overall experience matters just as much. With better attention to ambiance, consistency, and client privacy, this place could easily match the quality of their work.

I hope they take this feedback into consideration, because there is definitely potential here.
